Pilipino Cultural Celebration (PCC) is an aspect of Bayanihan at UCSC that caters to individuals interested in the performing arts. It consists of 8 performing aspects: Pagkakaisa Dance Troupe (Pilipino folk dance), Kasama (ballroom dance), Isang Himig (a cappella), Haluan (contemporary/hip hop dance), Alay (self-expression/spoken word), HAM (videography), Tech Crew (backstage work) & People Power (acting/theatre). This annual show is an event for participants and community members to come together and share their talents. Through music, song, dance, and theater, cast members collaborate and produce an annual cultural performance that not only celebrates their culture but also gives them an opportunity to show audience members the unique and extraordinary aspects of Pilipino culture.


As PCC comes close to its 30th anniversary, your donation helps guarantee the continuation of helping hundreds of cast members embrace their roots and gives the Pilipinx/people of color a platform to showcase Pilipino culture.
